SCIENTIFIC STUDIES
Prior to participating the projects and right after the project activities, an online survey will be conducted. Participants will be asked questions such as level of current physical activities, frequency of doing exercise or sports or the importance and meaning of exercise and sports.
Raw data gained through the answers given to survey questions will be processed, analysed and assessed by SPSS ( Statistical Package for Social Seciences ). At the end of the project changes and progress regarding the participants will be observed and measured using the same methods.
All surveys will be assessed after the completion of the project and will be reported then. Accordingly, the exact number of participants to the activities will be clearly determined and published in the final report.
